We partner with leading companies across Sub-Saharan Africa in various industries such as mobile\/POS payments, gas, banking, grocery, retail, e-commerce, pharmacy, travel, restaurant, and cinema. This dynamic network allows members to earn and redeem points across multiple partners and countries using their mobile e-payment wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a full-time hybrid role located in Accra, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Mobile Application Developer(Full Stack), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining flutter based mobile applications. Your day-to-day tasks will include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high performance of our applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skills in Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Application Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Flutter Cross Platform Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expeturbce with backend development using NodeJS + Express + Typescript<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of AWS is a requirment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in agile development methodologies is a
