By developing tools with universal benefits, we aim to create a safer, more sustainable, and productive world where AI supports human potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Administrator located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User Management &#8211; Create\/drop modify users on Windows server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active Directory configurations, MFA, resource, and group management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start\/shutdown\/Reboot of physical servers and VMs, running in standalone and cluster setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding\/Removing and modifying resources on Windows servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alert monitoring and mitigation using SCOM, Zabbix, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying Patches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backup and Restoration of VMs and files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with internal and external teams and vendors, e.g HP &amp; Hitachi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other activities as required by the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ Years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Windows System Administration, Network Administration skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SCOM, SCCM, IAM &amp; Zabbix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":2386,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[11],"tjig-job-categories":[8,76,77,10],"class_list":["post-2385","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-full-time","tjig-job-categories-cloud-engineers","tjig-job-categories-devops-engineers","tjig-job-categories-system-engineers","tjig-job-categories-tech-support"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.8 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Systems Administrator | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About the job Company Description 4th-IR leads the cognitive revolution with a team of experts dedicated to transformational change.
