You are able to balance this with the data team\u2019s goal of enabling Toggl\u2019s upmarket expansion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business goals into actionable plans and prioritise effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work collaboratively with engineers to navigate technical challenges, balancing feasibility with business and user impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrive in ambiguity and act with confidence: you don\u2019t wait for direction but drive forward discussions, make decisions, and adapt as new insights
