responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create new application features and customize the existing ones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with design teams to develop robust, and innovative products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write clean &amp; readable codes, perform unit &amp; integration tests, fix bugs, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee and manage the entire application development lifecycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize and monitor mobile applications for enhanced performance and scalability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-minimum-requirements\">Minimum requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3+ years of experience in mobile application development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Swift\/Objective-C, Android, Java\/Kotlin, React Native, C#, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with third-party libraries and MVC\/MVVM design patterns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in creating app designs and user interfaces (UI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Mercurial, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work full-time (40 hours\/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preferred-skills\">Preferred skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with mobile app testing and debugging tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of performance tuning, caching, optimization &amp;
