You\u2019ll work closely with our team of Organic Growth Strategists and Editorial Leads to build workflows that enable the team to deliver high-quality work while opening up their time to focus on strategic growth initiatives for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role will be pivotal to the future of the business as we thoughtfully infuse automation and AI into our business operations to sustainably scale business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the perfect role for someone who is operationally minded and experienced in SEO and content marketing..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll be given a huge amount of freedom to grow this part of our business, so if that kind of ownership excites you, read on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-ll-do\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build, maintain, and optimize workflows using no-code and low-code tools and LLMs to streamline SEO and editorial processes (examples include: basic SEO analyses, schema tagging, and producing high-quality content drafts).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply an editor&#8217;s eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance, and adjusting workflows to address quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for automation in existing processes, implement solutions, and monitor and communicate impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build out workflows to address inefficiencies and explore new opportunities, starting with the editorial department and expanding to the rest of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop prompt strategies that significantly improve first-draft quality, ensure factual accuracy, align with brand tone and voice, and reduce editing time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with relevant team members to understand workflow and process needs before, during, and after solution development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor workflow performance and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debug AI pipelines and refine prompt performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standardize processes, create and maintain documentation, teach workshops, and share learnings and best practices to train and support team members to use automation and AI effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work directly with the leadership and operations team to understand workflow and process improvement needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with the leadership and client teams to validate and deliver new services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align with stakeholders on key objectives and proactively communicate dependencies, progress, and roadblocks effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-you-are\"><strong>Who you are<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019re experienced in SEO, producing content with a high editorial standard, and building workflow automations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You love tinkering and trying new tools to stay up to date on the latest technology and figure out how they can help you work more effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re familiar with content management systems (CMSes) like WordPress and Webflow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You find ways to work smarter, not harder, and figure out how to automate repetitive tasks and have built automations using tools like Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and\/or AirOps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re process-oriented and a systems thinker. You try to make things as efficient as possible, usually by creating checklists and systems. You&#8217;re always looking for ways to improve a process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You love sharing, teaching, and helping others learn and get better at what they do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You seek feedback. You\u2019re eager to learn new things to grow and improve your skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re an intellectually curious, critical thinker. Time flies by as you find yourself researching interesting topics or finding creative ways to solve a problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make great decisions quickly.
