This role focuses on building intelligent systems that learn over time, interact with dynamic data, and produce outcomes that reduce human decision-making overhead in complex domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll work at the intersection of intelligent automation, workflow design, and human-centered AI, creating systems that adapt, scale, and continuously improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Focus Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autonomous Agents &amp; LLM Workflows<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop AI agents that can independently interpret goals, fetch or transform data, and initiate downstream actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement multi-step workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, ReAct, or custom orchestration).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable agent behaviors such as querying APIs, formatting outputs, scheduling tasks, or generating reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong> 2.<strong> Adaptive Matching &amp; Personalization Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and train models that match entities (e.g., users, institutions, products) based on mutual preferences and learned behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build feedback loops into matching logic to improve accuracy and relevance over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply clustering, similarity scoring, ranking algorithms, and reinforcement learning as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong> 3.<strong> Data Extraction &amp; Transformation Intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use AI to extract structured insights from semi-structured and unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, scans, tables).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normalize and transform input data into standard formats that can feed into evaluation or comparison systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply grading logic, weighting schemes, or rule-based models to derive scores, rankings, or classifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You Might Be a Fit If You Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years of experience in AI\/ML engineering or applied data science.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML\/AI stacks (e.g., transformers, OpenAI API, LangChain, pandas, PyTorch\/TensorFlow).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to agentic AI design, autonomous workflows, or orchestration platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A product-minded approach: you think about accuracy, latency, usability, and iteration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfort building end-to-end prototypes that evolve into production-ready systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with knowledge retrieval, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with OCR and NLP for tabular data and document understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in data-driven personalization, matchmaking, or recommendation engines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience translating messy real-world inputs into structured, evaluable outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why This Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next wave of AI goes beyond single queries; it\u2019s about systems that observe, adapt, and act.
