Delphi Consulting works with web3 companies to define their tokenomics, providing in-depth analysis and strategic guidance to drive the success of their ecosystems. If this sounds like what you want to spend day and night thinking about, we\u2019d love to chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"job-description\">Job Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Token Advisory team. The successful candidate will collaborate with web3 companies to design and implement robust tokenomic frameworks that drive ecosystem growth and sustainability. This role involves producing comprehensive reports and whitepapers that articulate the core principles, strategies, and mechanisms of token economies. The Senior Token Analyst will also develop valuation models, governance frameworks, and other critical elements to ensure the long-term success of our clients\u2019 projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"responsibilities\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct comprehensive ecosystem analyses, creating detailed reports covering all material aspects of the ecosystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and refine litepapers outlining the core principles of proposed cryptoeconomic frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create Excel-based token valuation models to capture and analyze financial and tokenized systems, testing system resilience across various macro environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and refine token economic systems, including incentive mechanisms, liquidity provisioning, and emissions schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop governance frameworks, covering on-chain and off-chain governance, community involvement, and participation methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parameterize variables and refine governance structures post-launch, addressing questions and refining project literature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of whitepapers, providing unlimited iterations until they meet the standards for public presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively research and stay at the forefront of emergent tokenomic models and trends in the web3 space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"basic-qualifications\">Basic Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years of experience developing statistical, complex system, or valuation models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience and knowledge in Web3, including smart contracts, DAOs, tokens, blockchains, and cryptocurrency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield farming, issuing, burning, and staking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of common financial models including modern portfolio theory, generalized hyperbolic distributions and their subclasses, bonding curves, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing technical and non-technical staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with common statistical tools such as Mathematica, Wolfram Alpha, and\/or Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Degree in economics, computer science, math, or another quantitative discipline, or comparable experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A motivated and driven self-starter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"preferred-qualifications\">Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced degree (Master\u2019s or PhD) in a relevant field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in a leadership or senior analyst role within a Web3 or blockchain-focused organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in developing and implementing tokenomic strategies for large-scale projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in additional programming languages and statistical software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance in the blockchain space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"compensation-and-benefits\">Compensation and Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible working hours and remote work options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to industry conferences and networking events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative and innovative work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Join Delphi Consulting and contribute to shaping the future of the blockchain ecosystem through cutting-edge tokenomics and strategic insights.
