Provides technical support, ensures data protection compliance, and implements IT policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing and support Cloud Solutions, including M365, Google Workspace, and Domain Management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing, administering and diagnosing software\u2019s (Kaspersky, SAP, MIG, Foss, Software);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing, Configuring, troubleshooting and Maintaining Workstations (VMware\u2019s, Desktops, Laptops and Mobile);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administering, Maintaining and Configuring Microsoft Server (AD, DHCP, DNS, Azure AD, File Server);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administering, Configuring, troubleshooting and Maintaining SQL Database Server;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up accounts for staff (Mailboxes, SAP, SQL, MIG, Server and Desktops) ensuring that they know how to log in and Solving password problems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining PBS Telephony Systems and Surveillances System (CCTV &amp; Access Control System);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuring and troubleshooting weighing machine (Bilancia Flynet50);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing, configuring and troubleshooting printers and scanners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee and administer internal and external Network (Fiber Broadband, Mikrotik, Cisco, TP-Link routers and switches etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cybersecurity protocols, DNS, Firewalls and Familiarity with VPNs technology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring data protection, ISO certification, and compliance with Ghana Data Protection Commission requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures- database sql (SAP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: Performs other related activities as required.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Specific requirements for the work position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualifications and prerequisite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering or proven experience as IT Officer\/Administrator, IT Specialist, IT Helpdesk or relevant position;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA N+, CompTIA A+, MCITP or equivalent is an advantage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity, cloud solutions data privacy principles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Cybersecurity and Data privacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in Graphic Design and video editing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soft skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding organizational and time-management
