We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The main objective of the team is to ensure that operations run smoothly, productively and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br><strong>What You\u00b4ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for the day-to-day operations &amp; set up mechanisms \/ processes to monitor payment success rates 24&#215;7 across banks, partners, merchants and improve the same through operational excellence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulating business strategies in terms of Structures, Costs, and Business capabilities for each of the countries we operate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing efficient processes and looking for new opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluating risk and leading quality assurance efforts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing performance results and optimizing accordingly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding Dlocal operations in order to detect and prevent operational and system\/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with the rest of the company to to support their needs, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (audit, back office, etc)<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A solid background in payments operations and a technical background is essential for your success in this position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-7 years experience as an Ops Manager in a similar business model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid experience in banking, financial services, the payment industry, fintech, acquirers, or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams all over the world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of data analytics and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SQL required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with all business functions including legal, finance, product, and IT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curious profile and positive attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with tight deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced\/Fluent English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":2196,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[14],"tjig-job-categories":[75,77,10],"class_list":["post-2195","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-hybrid","tjig-job-categories-project-management","tjig-job-categories-system-engineers","tjig-job-categories-tech-support"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.9 (Yoast SEO v27.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Operations Manager | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About the job dLocal helps some of the best companies in the world expand in emerging countries.
