We are building a world-class team of marketers, analysts, educators, and crypto-native builders to help scale our product and reach millions of users globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re looking for a performance-driven Paid Marketing Specialist with deep experience in running paid campaigns for crypto wallets and exchanges. You should be data-oriented, hands-on with attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics, and comfortable owning the full paid media funnel from discovery to evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"responsibilities\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Display, Programmatic, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and set up new paid channels from scratch (including budget, targeting, and attribution setup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own channel performance, CAC, ROI, and other key marketing KPIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and manage attribution with AppsFlyer or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track performance using tools like Firebase, GA, and internal dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with content and creative teams on paid creatives and messaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate weekly\/monthly performance reports and propose optimizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"requirements\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years experience in paid marketing roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or mobile-first apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) and analytics stacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with setting KPIs, reporting, and performance evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonus: experience running campaigns in emerging markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
