You will be utilizing skills in program management, technical solutions, soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management to work alongside internal teams and external parties to build end-to-end safety features and infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-duties-amp-responsibilities\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of VRChat\u2019s community support architecture, product surfaces, and policy framework to inform strategic decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform and implement strategies for managing and mitigating trust and safety risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align Trust and Safety initiatives with company goals and product roadmaps, execution through clear KPIs, timelines, and deliverables\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze user behavior and incident trends to proactively surface issues, identify bugs, and drive cross-functional resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements to develop scalable solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead global, cross-functional programs that enhance user safety and experience, partnering closely with engineering, product, legal and support teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and recommend technical solutions to mitigate abuse vectors and improve platform integrityIdentify opportunities to continuously improve our Trust and Safety program vision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experience-skills-amp-qualifications\">Experience, Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BA\/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent relevant experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience in program or project management, analytics, product, consulting, or equivalent team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills on quantitative topics for non-technical and executive audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bonus-points\">Bonus Points<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in Trust and Safety and\/or Compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience at a start-up or technology company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working at a VR or metaverse-related company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working on a \u201clive\u201d app, shipping frequent updates and responding to user feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits\">Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work from anywhere!
