We aim to propel their development and uncover potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"as-a-growth-marketing-lead-at-flipster\">As a Growth Marketing Lead at Flipster<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale Flipster\u2019s full-funnel user growth engine. This includes acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will lead performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic growth efforts while managing a lean but high-performing team. Your north star will be sustainable user and revenue growth across global markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven operator who can switch seamlessly between campaign execution, funnel analysis, and team leadership. You will partner closely with Product, BD, and Data engineers to drive initiatives that compound over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"responsibilities\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and lead Flipster\u2019s global growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels, aligning with company goals and product roadmap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage a data-driven growth operating model, including forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys and conversion flows from acquisition through retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and trading volume growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"qualifications\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including 3+ years in a lead managerial position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hiring-process\">Hiring Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CV\/ Resume Submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1st round interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd round interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C &#8211; level interview<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":2139,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[13],"tjig-job-categories":[75,10,7],"class_list":["post-2138","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-remote","tjig-job-categories-project-management","tjig-job-categories-tech-support","tjig-job-categories-ui-ux-designers"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.8 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Growth Marketing Lead | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"\ud83d\ude80 About Flipster Flipster\u00a0is a next-level trading platform that is connecting investors to insight, and new opportunities brewing in the cryptoverse.
