About your key responsibilities and impact:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Reproducing, analyzing, and evaluating requests to resolve or escalate incidents as needed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring product status and involving responsible teams in urgent or critical situations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Overseeing SLA compliance for request and incident resolution, escalating unresolved cases appropriately (to providers, L2, or another unit);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Responding to questions from regional customer support teams about various player issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Essential professional experience:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • At least 1 year of experience in client support;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Intermediate+ English level;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with back-office systems, especially within gaming companies (a significant advantage);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic understanding of live gaming rules (e.g., baccarat, blackjack, Crazy Time, Monopoly);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in using Jira, Jira Service Management, and Zendesk;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong multitasking and dynamic prioritization skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
