You should take pleasure in solving hard problems and working with a team you\u2019re proud of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead smart contract and solidity development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work collaboratively across workstreams to rapidly iterate, experiment, and grow a protocol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and build systems with an eye for performance, scalability, and resilience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy, operate, and maintain services in production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure best practice across development, testing and security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.5+ years of professional work as smart contract engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ReactJS and frontend development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant experience with Solidity, TypeScript, Hardhat, foundry and smart contract development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of blockchain and Ethereum\/EVM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience developing, maintaining, and scaling Web3\/crypto\/DeFi\/distributed infrastructure &amp; services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for technology and learning modern best practices in web development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development\/crypto, and shape our tech stack as we build out new systems and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A leader with intellectual curiosity, strive for excellence, play as a team, and take pride in your works<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working autonomously whilst ensuring excellent communication within the team, and constantly pushing to solve problems proactively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An innate curiosity about Digital Assets, Web3, DeFi, and the Blockchain<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":2089,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[],"tjig-job-categories":[],"class_list":["post-2088","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.8 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Blockchain Developer | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About the job We are looking for exceptional, experienced, and self-motivated blockchain \/ crypto \/ DeFi engineers.
