The Mill Adventure<\/strong> is a scale-up with the ultimate mission of building awesome products that will change the way the iGaming industry operates. We started our journey in 2019, with the vision of building a technology driven organisation and creating a team consisting of the best of the best specialists in their respective fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we provide a complete gaming platform, including licences and operations, for rapid deployment and success in iGaming. Our team of 130+ technology and iGaming experts is guided by passion for invention, operational excellence and commitment to improve the inefficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Technical Writer<\/strong> to help us document our awesome product features, enabling our teams, users and partners to have a reliable source of truth regarding the evolution of our iGaming Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The selected individual will be responsible to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Key responsibility in managing and improving our current documentation repository while keeping all the documentation up to date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Produce high-quality documentation (e.g. user manuals, guides, FAQ pages, tutorials\/ step-by-step instructions) with a focus on both technical and business flows<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to align on the documentation approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Write and publish release articles to announce software updates, product launches, and other significant developments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Occasionally define English copy for platform components, functionalities, tools, and descriptions to maximize user experience and usability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Help \/ ensure the platform experience is user-friendly with appropriate terms and concepts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You’ll be a great fit if you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem is a great advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with the SDLC and software development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Previous exposure to highly technical teams as well as business\/client stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability and interest in building a product knowledge base<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Great organizational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
