You&#8217;ll&nbsp;<strong>drive our activation efforts and enable our PLG and SLG motion to its full potential<\/strong>. This isn&#8217;t just a role; it&#8217;s your chance to make a real difference by&nbsp;<strong>ensuring that our customers experience and realise the full value of TestGorilla, empowering them to discover the best talent and match a candidate with their dream job<\/strong>. You\u2019ll directly contribute by&nbsp;<strong>experimenting on and optimising our PLG motion, support SLG initiatives and deliver foundational elements such as pricing and integrations<\/strong>. Join our driven, remote-first team, and let\u2019s achieve these ambitious goals together.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uphold TestGorilla&#8217;s behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate our overall product strategy and vision into a team strategy and roadmap that drives maximum impact for your domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Customer Success, etc.). to factor their feedback and insights into product decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talk to customers and users on a regular basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage data and user insights to create solutions that satisfy and solve user needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create clear and thoughtful documentation that can easily be understood and used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of defined areas of activation, integration and pricing adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-ll-bring\">What you\u2019ll bring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re looking for someone who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is passionate about TestGorilla&#8217;s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is technically literate to a point where you can understand and support technical projects and risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is actively utilising AI as a core productivity and quality enabler in the daily work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is data-driven and has an experimental mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience growing activation motions directly impacting business metrics in a SaaS company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We value diversity and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn&#8217;t perfectly match the description.
