You&#8217;ll&nbsp;<strong>own a significant part of our core product and utilise AI to evolve our evaluation tools and how we support customers in how to evaluate talent<\/strong><strong><\/strong>. This isn&#8217;t just a role; it&#8217;s your chance to make a real difference by&nbsp;<strong>ensuring that our customers realise the full value of TestGorilla, empowering them to discover the best talent and match a candidate with their dream job<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll directly contribute through an&nbsp;<strong>experimental and data-driven approach on identifying and building innovative evaluation products that fit into the product vision of TestGorilla<\/strong><strong><\/strong>. Join our driven, remote-first team, and let\u2019s achieve these ambitious goals together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uphold TestGorilla&#8217;s behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate our overall product strategy and vision into a team strategy and roadmap that drives maximum impact for your domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Customer Success, etc.). to factor their feedback and insights into product decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talk to customers and users on a regular basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage data and user insights to create solutions that satisfy and solve user needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create clear and thoughtful documentation that can easily be understood and used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of defined areas of activation, integration and pricing adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you\u2019ll bring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is passionate about TestGorilla&#8217;s mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is technically literate to a point where you can understand and support technical projects and risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience identifying when utilising AI is the best possible approach to solving problems, and delivering high quality AI solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is actively utilising AI as a core productivity and quality enabler in the daily work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is data-driven and has an experimental mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We value diversity and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn&#8217;t perfectly match the description.
