You\u2019ll operate at the intersection of UX, frontend, growth, and customer success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll build React + Tailwind components, wire up tools like Intercom, Amplitude, and OpenAI APIs, and drive a seamless experience for both new and returning users. You\u2019ll also connect analytics to our lifecycle and customer engagement tools\u2014email, in-app messages, advertising\u2014working closely with marketing to close the loop between product and growth. Expect to own both the interface and the language inside it, ship fast, and iterate constantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What Yo<\/strong><strong>u\u2019<\/strong><strong>ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain user onboarding, in-app tours, and changelogs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and keep up-to-date tutorials and product documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate support tools (Intercom bots, contextual FAQs, help surfaces)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect analytics (Amplitude) to lifecycle tools (email, ads, CRM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use OpenAI APIs to power dynamic product tips and smart helpers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polish UI with Tailwind, always aiming for clarity, speed, and brand alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An Ideal Candidate Should Have<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written English\u2014you\u2019re as confident writing copy as writing code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience building onboarding, documentation, or growth
