You\u2019ll manage a portfolio of approximately 100\u2013150 accounts, helping customers achieve measurable outcomes through strong onboarding, consistent engagement, and ongoing product adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a fully remote role, open only to full-time employees based in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-ll-do\"><strong>Ce que tu feras<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain trust-based relationships across your customer portfolio, focusing on satisfaction, engagement, and renewals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead onboarding, product training, regular check-ins, and value-driven interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor customer health, identify churn risks or adoption gaps, and take proactive steps to retain and grow accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) to surface insights and improve the overall experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support expansion opportunities by identifying customer needs and passing leads to the sales team (no closing responsibilities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to team OKRs tied to onboarding completion, GRR, NRR, feature adoption, and customer feedback loops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-you-re-a-great-fit-if-you\"><strong>You\u2019re a Great Fit If You<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have\u00a0<strong>2+ years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are skilled at managing\u00a0<strong>100+ small to mid-sized customer accounts<\/strong>, balancing quality engagement with efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are empathetic, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are organized, detail-oriented, and confident working toward outcome-based goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use data and customer metrics to guide your actions and measure success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate clearly \u2014 whether on Zoom, in email, or over Slack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are comfortable with tools like\u00a0<strong>Vitally, HubSpot, Slack<\/strong>, or excited to learn new platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-you-should-apply\"><strong>Why You Should Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-competitive-compensation\"><strong>Competitive Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is open to full-time employees based in the UK (contractors are not eligible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Base Salary: GBP 40,000\/year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly Commission Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits-amp-perks\"><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that balances&nbsp;<strong>local standards<\/strong>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>Hubstaff\u2019s commitment to flexibility, well-being, and growth<\/strong>.
