What You’ll Do:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Craft delightful production experiences.<\/strong>\u00a0Collaborate with marketing & engineering teams to build\u00a0polished user interfaces<\/strong>\u00a0with exceptional\u00a0code quality and performance<\/strong>. You’ll transform designs into pixel-perfect implementations with attention to every interaction detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Evolve our frontend architecture.<\/strong>\u00a0Take ownership of our\u00a0React\/Next.js and TypeScript codebase<\/strong>, ensuring it remains\u00a0maintainable, scalable, and performant<\/strong>. You’ll implement best practices and architectural patterns that help our systems grow with the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead critical frontend migrations.<\/strong>\u00a0Spearhead the\u00a0transition from Next Pages router to App router<\/strong>, establishing patterns and practices while ensuring minimal disruption. You’ll create a roadmap and execute the migration that modernizes our application architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enable global product reach.<\/strong>\u00a0Introduce\u00a0localization and multi-country support<\/strong>\u00a0to our Expert Portal, making it accessible for our European team. You’ll implement internationalization best practices while maintaining a consistent user experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build new crypto experiences.<\/strong>\u00a0Help develop a\u00a0new staking application frontend<\/strong>\u00a0for Bitwise Onchain, applying your frontend expertise to create intuitive interfaces for complex financial operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive engineering excellence.<\/strong>\u00a0Continuously improve our\u00a0processes, tools, and systems<\/strong>\u00a0to scale both our codebase and team productivity. You’ll participate in\u00a0code reviews<\/strong>\u00a0and help establish quality standards across the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with stakeholders.<\/strong>\u00a0Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into\u00a0reliable, scalable frontend solutions<\/strong>. You’ll own projects end-to-end while aligning stakeholders to common goals and driving to finished outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What We’re Looking For:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 3+ years of React\/Next.js and TypeScript frontend development experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Portfolio demonstrating UI and engineering work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with CSS styling approaches (css-in-js and Tailwind)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of design patterns and common UX flows<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with headless CMS platforms and REST APIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fast-moving with a bias for impact and willingness to advocate for your work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead projects while aligning stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interest in learning about crypto and investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (Plus) Understanding of design principles and experience with design tools like Figma\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (Plus) Experience with monorepo structures like Turborepo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (Plus) Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel) and data-driven validation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (Plus) Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
