You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional\/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-main-tasks-and-responsibilities\">Main tasks and responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developing strategies to strengthen driver\u2019s value proposition, to continually grow our supply base, performance and retention<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing and supporting the operations team by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results, always having our stakeholders in mind<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hands-on supply management &#8211; working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team to ensure the best experience for our driver &amp; fleet partners, guiding them through the stages of drivers\/fleet acquisition, conversion and activation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analyzing data \u2013 you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-you\">About you:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have 6+ years of experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have experience managing complex teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent numerical skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":1823,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[14],"tjig-job-categories":[76],"class_list":["post-1822","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-hybrid","tjig-job-categories-devops-engineers"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.9 (Yoast SEO v27.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Senior Operations Manager | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About the role Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time.
