Role Description
This is an internship position for a Research Trainee. The Research Trainee will assist in conducting industry research, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to project reports and presentations. Additional responsibilities include providing support for various consultancy activities, participating in team meetings, and aiding the development of innovative solutions. The role is hybrid, based in the Accra Metropolitan District, with opportunities for working remotely as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and the ability to present findings clearly
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated initiative in research activities
- A background in fields related to business, economics, engineering, technology, or similar is advantageous
