Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Solutions Officer located in Accra. The Presales Solutions Officer will be responsible for supporting sales teams on technical and business requirements during the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, creating solution proposals, collaborating with sales and product teams, and providing excellent customer service.
