We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns from end to end. You’ll be the owner of our paid acquisition engine.
Ce que tu feras
- Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Reddit
- Set up pixels, analytics, audiences, goals, and conversion tracking
- Test and iterate on ads, landing pages, creatives, and targeting
- Drive traffic, leads, and sales for PTC – with a clear focus on ROI
- Analyze campaign performance, produce reports, and improve based on data
- Work closely with content, design, and IT teams to execute fast and well
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (especially for B2B SaaS)
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution (GTM, GA, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Comfort working independently and managing cross-functional input
- Focus on results – not theory
- Bonus: You’ve marketed to developers or technical buyers before
