Ryno Delivery is a food and grocery delivery platform in Accra. We run our own trained rider fleet, three Flutter apps (customer, vendor, driver), and a rhino mascot who’s about to start moving — in-app Rive animations, Lottie micro-interactions and a steady stream of short-form video for Meta and TikTok.

Ryno is part of a larger group of Ghanaian brands, so the work isn’t limited to Ryno — you’ll also take on animation and video projects for our sister companies.
What you’ll do

• Design and build interactive animations for our mobile apps and websites using Rive and Lottie — onboarding flows, loaders, micro-interactions, icons, empty states, celebration moments
• Produce short-form video content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube: motion graphics, product explainers, promo spots, animated ads
• Edit and finish live-action footage — cuts, color, sound, captions, platform-specific versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Work with developers to hand off animations correctly (state machines, inputs, file size, runtime constraints)
• Build and maintain a reusable animation library and motion guidelines across the group’s brands
• Turn briefs around fast — we ship a high volume of creative every week

Must have

• 3+ years in motion design / animation
• Strong portfolio with real shipped Rive and Lottie animations — not just concepts
• Solid After Effects (with Bodymovin/LottieFiles workflow) and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of how animations run in production: performance, file weight, what breaks in Flutter/React Native/web
• Good eye for typography, timing and composition
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple brands at once

Nice to have

• Figma proficiency and experience working from design systems
• Rive state machines and data binding
• Basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) or character animation
• Experience with paid social creative and what performs
• Sound design basics
