Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you’ll be the architect of our quality safety net. You’ll move beyond manual testing and learn to build robust, automated solutions. You will:

• Design and develop automated test scripts. You’ll write clean, efficient code using modern programming languages (like JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) to test our web applications.
• Work with modern automation frameworks. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you’ll get hands-on experience with powerful tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Integrate tests into our CI/CD pipeline. You’ll learn how to make your automated tests a core part of our development process, providing fast feedback to the engineering team.
• Analyze results and report issues. You’ll monitor automated test runs, investigate failures, and write clear, actionable bug reports for developers.
• Continuously learn and improve. You’ll help us expand our test coverage and explore new tools and strategies to enhance our overall quality process.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a budding engineer with a passion for quality. We’d be thrilled if you have:

• Less than 2 years of professional experience. This is an ideal role for someone with a programming foundation and/or limited test automation experience looking to specialize in automation.
• A solid foundation in a programming language. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python is highly preferred.
• An analytical mindset and an exceptional eye for detail. You can break down complex features into testable components and spot inconsistencies.
• A genuine passion for software quality. You’re excited by the challenge of building automated solutions to ensure a flawless user experience.
• Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain technical issues to engineers and work collaboratively to find solutions.

Bonus Points: Any exposure to test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) or API testing tools (Postman) is a huge plus, but a strong desire to learn is what matters most!
