About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to lead user acquisition and retention for emp.ai, our AI-guided mentorship platform. This is a full-time hybrid role with need-based office requirements in Accra for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
As our Growth Marketer, you will be the architect of our conversion funnels, optimizing the journey from a student’s first click to their final exam success.
What You Will Do
- Experiment and Scale: Design and execute cross-channel growth experiments to drive both B2C student and B2B school acquisition.
- Funnel Optimization: Own the conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior to optimize landing pages and drive active mentorship engagement.
- Campaign Management: Manage and scale performance marketing across Meta, X, and LinkedIn targeting the Ghanaian and West African academic sectors.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to implement growth loops, referral programs, and in-app triggers that turn users into advocates.
- Data Driven Insights: Analyze marketing attribution, CAC, and LTV to refine our go-to-market strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- Growth Expertise: 2+ years of experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or digital lead generation within the EdTech or SaaS space.
- Analytical Power: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to turn raw data into actionable growth strategies.
- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Ghanaian academic landscape such as BECE and WASSCE and how to communicate value to students and educators.
- Strategic Execution: A doer who can think big-picture while managing ad copy, A/B testing, and lead nurturing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
