Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana, for a Digital Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, leading social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation efforts, performing data analysis to measure marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive brand awareness and audience engagement through effective digital channels. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and strategies for audience engagement
- Experience in Marketing and leveraging tools for campaign development
- Knowledge of Web Analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with the African media landscape is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
