Job Description Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning. Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards. Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediates. Responds to immediate requirements within procedure. Uses standard administrative techniques to co ordinate own work. Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same. Moderate (intermediate) to high level of technical knowledge. Partially multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.
The Data Analyst / Pensions Administrator is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of client and customer data across all pension schemes administered by the business. The role also supports pensions administration functions, including scheme onboarding, member servicing, porting management, and the preparation of internal and regulatory reports.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & Compliance
- Ensure client/customer biodata in the business software is complete, accurate, up to date, and not misleading in accordance with Section 26 of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks across all pension scheme records.
- Identify and remediate data gaps through direct engagement with clients, customers, and scheme employers.
- Maintain and improve data quality levels across all schemes on an ongoing basis.
- Support compliance with regulatory and Group Internal Audit data requirements
- Client & Customer Engagement
- Engage with clients and customers to collect, verify, and update personal and scheme-related data.
- Coordinate the collection of member forms, transfer-in documentation, and other required records.
- Drive improvements in customer contactability to support retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Pensions Administration
- Support the onboarding and administration of new and existing pension schemes.
- Manage the porting process for members transferring across schemes, ensuring structured tracking and follow-through.
- Process transfer-in requests and monitor associated contribution inflows.
- Assist with day-to-day fund administration tasks as required by the Pensions Administration team.
- Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely internal reports on data quality, scheme performance, and member activity.
- Prepare regulatory reports for submission to the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) and other relevant bodies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
