Job Overview:
To qualify for this programme, you must be resident in Africa and availabile full time. As an AI trainee, you will be part of a 3-month programme and work with experienced AI engineers to learn, design, develop and deploy AI models and solutions.
During your training you will:
- Build a comprehensive understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their real-world applications to solve challenges.
- Obtain a professional AI certification that enhances your career prospects and credibility in AI-related fields and industries.
- Collaborate with global AI experts, with access to invaluable experience and mentoring
- Gain practical experience of working with market leading AI tools and frameworks.
- Develop innovative projects that solve business or social challenges
- Assist with the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms.
- Clean, preprocess and manipulate data to prepare it for modeling.
- Train, test, and evaluate AI models.
- Learn and research the latest trends and techniques in AI.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering
- Knowledge of AI concepts and tools including Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Generative AI, IoT, and Natural Language Processing
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or scikit-learn
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, SQL or Java
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Technologies including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CoPilot
