GlobalPros.ai is looking for a high-volume, AI-first content engine that can produce 300+ short-form videos per month across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
This is not a video editing role.
Approximately 90% of production should be handled by generative AI and AI agents.
Your role, if you don’t already have this process, is to design, operate, and continuously improve this system.
If you think in prompts, templates, workflows, and automation, not After Effects timelines, this role is for you.
Ce que tu feras
- Operate AI-driven workflows for short-form video creation
- Operate generative video, voice, and copy tools at scale
- Build prompt libraries and reusable templates
- Orchestrate AI agents for scripting, visuals, captions, and posting
- Maintain quality and consistency at high volume
- Continuously improve throughput using data and feedback loops
What You Won’t Do
- Frame-by-frame video editing
- Manual animation or motion design
- Traditional production workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with generative AI for content creation
- Proven ability to scale content production via automation
- Comfort managing volume (hundreds of assets per month)
- Strong systems and process mindset including implementation of AI agents
- Experience running TikTok / Shorts at scale
- Background in growth, marketing ops, or AI tooling
- No-code / low-code automation experience
