Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Biometrics AI Trainer and leverage your expertise in biometric technology to advance secure identity verification solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge facial recognition systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art facial recognition algorithms and biometric matching systems.
- Analyze biometric data to enhance system performance, reduce false positives/negatives, and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement robust identity verification processes while upholding high standards of data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate biometric solutions into existing platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to facial recognition technology.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for biometric systems.
- Communicate findings and project updates clearly through both written and verbal channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in facial recognition, biometric matching, and identity verification.
- Strong understanding of biometric data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Proficiency with facial recognition software, machine learning models, and related frameworks.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with the customer’s team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multimodal biometrics and advanced liveness detection techniques.
- Background in deploying facial recognition systems at scale.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in biometric data management.
