In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with Zara, our cutting-edge AI Recruiter model—an industry-first system that’s redefining how companies identify, evaluate, and engage top talent at scale. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable AI models using Python and AWS for various applications
• Design and implement advanced LLMs and multimodal systems (textual, audio, video, and visual models) and integrate them with existing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal AI solutions.
• Utilize LangChain and FastAPI to create efficient API frameworks and enhance system performance.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to foster skill development.
• Continuously research and apply new AI technologies—including multimodal AI advancements—to enhance our offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Python programming and working with AWS environments.
• Extensive experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI (e.g., textual/audio models and video/visual models).
• Proficiency in developing APIs, with experience in FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Published work or contributions to AI community projects.
• Knowledge of GPU programming/optimization for deep learning workloads.
